Havant Borough Council award GeODC EDCP Project.
Havant Borough Council have awarded the Development Services Electronic Data Capture Project (EDCP) to GeODC to computerise over 35 years of Planning and Land Charge data. The contract includes the scanning of paper and microfiche documents and the capture of textual and GIS data relating to over 62,000 Planning Applications in the borough of Havant.

GeODC completes mapping project for Havebury Housing.
Data capture and conversion specialist GeODC has completed a project to create up-to-date and accurate maps of social housing in West Suffolk, England. The project, to capture digital mapping of community areas was undertaken on behalf of the Havebury Housing Partnership who own and manage nearly 6,000 properties in the St Edmundsbury area. GeODC transformed paper plans into map accurate digital data for use in the organisations GIS enabling them to review their grounds maintenance and street cleansing contract and improve the provision of services to residents.

GeODC help Eastleigh Borough Council improve Customer service.
Eastleigh Borough Council awarded the contract to data capture and conversion specialists GeODC to convert nearly half million paper records into digital files. Once completed the computerised planning records will allow Eastleigh to significantly cut the time taken to complete Local Land Charges Searches and improve the overall service provided by the Council. The contract was awarded to GeODC following a successful tender process that considered value for money, quality and previous experience.
